A big part of my professional work outside of teaching math is working on building equity for LGBTQ+ students in our schools.  Whether it is providing faculty trainings, facilitating GSA, evaluating school programs, or helping to get clubs started in schools, LGBTQ+ equity is a huge focus of my work.
